I need to change the delivery address of my order.

Please note: this cannot be changed once the order has been shipped and the customer will have to redirect the parcel through auspost.

My order was damaged in transit. 

For breakages please contact us via email at hello@siriusandco.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel with photos of the damaged products.

Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Sirius & Co.

I don't like what I ordered, can I return it?

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items, however if your order was damaged in some way please contact us via email at hello@siriusandco.com.au and we will respond within 3 business days.
