Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: $10
Express Shipping: $15
Free Standard Shipping for orders over $150

Orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 7 days. Please make sure when filling in your details that details are correct as delivery address can not be changed once the order has been shipped.

Please track your packages. Sirius & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. No refunds will be given for packages that have been confirmed as "delivered".

Please note that due to current Australia Post delays we are unable to give estimated shipping times at the moment. If you need your order urgently please ensure that you choose express shipping.

Returns Policy
All items purchased from Sirius & Co are carefully with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items.

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via email at hello@siriusandco.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Sirius & Co.
